Pickle Preferences

A has the strangest (to me) pickle preferences - he chooses his pickles by shape. He always wants the chip pickles - no matter whether they are bread and butter (mommy pickles) or dill (daddy pickles). Neither D nor I like the others pickles, but A doesn't care about taste, only shape. Strange!
